About IIMI - Indian Institute of Management
Indian Institute of Management Indore, popularly known as IIM Indore, is a prestigious management institute established in 1996. It has been ranked 8 th by NIRF and 13 th by Competitor 1 for its MBA course in 2025. IIM Indore offers MBA as its flagship course with a duration of 2 years. It also offers an IPM (Integrated Programme in Management) and an EMBA (for Experienced Professionals) with a duration of one year. Admission to MBA and Executive MBA is based on the merit list prepared based on the composite scores of GMAT/GRE/CAT, Academic Scores, Gender Diversity, Work Experience, WAT and a Personal Interview . Candidates must have passed their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks to be eligible for admission to the PGP (MBA) Courses at IIM Indore. From the 2026-28 session, to get shortlisted for PI, the weightage of Class XII marks has been increased to 25% from 10% previous year and that of Class X marks remains the same at 10%. The institute has achieved 100% placement for the 2023-25 batch with over 225 recruiters , including 50 first-time recruiters. The highest package offered is INR 70 LPA , while the median package stood at INR 27 LPA . Around 49% of students were placed in Consulting and Finance roles. Some of the top recruiters at IIM Indore include Aditya Birla, Adobe, Barclays, Airtel, Capgemini, FedEx, Flipkart, and many more.
